1. Service Agreement

By engaging **LUCKY PETS IMPORT & EXPORT (THAILAND) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP**, you agree to provide accurate medical and identification records for your animals. Providing false information may lead to flight cancellation and forfeiture of fees.

2. Payment Terms

Services must be paid in full prior to the application of export licenses. Airline freight costs are subject to change based on actual weight at Suvarnabhumi Airport check-in.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure may incur administrative fees. Airline ticket refunds are subject to the carrier's individual policy for live animal transport.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution for your pet's safety, Lucky Pets is not liable for flight delays, airline mechanical failures, or government quarantine decisions beyond our control.

5. Regulatory Compliance

All pet relocations must comply with IATA LAR (Live Animal Regulations) and the destination country's health protocols.
